We were fortunate to be in Ecuador during the build up to the referendum for a new constitution. Mayra and Rafael Correa (president) with the ‘Si’ smile which ultimately won on the day.

This was a very hands on tour. While visiting a marzipan ornament workshop an impromptu competition broke out to see who could create the best marzipan turtle. Penelope tries her technique here while the Ecuadorian professional looks on.
