27. Our walk around the city walls took 2hrs, there was so much too see.


28. Mostar, Hercegovina - its 500 year old bridge, destroyed in the 91-93 war has now been rebuilt as an icon to peace.

30. We had a great morning's kayak off Dubrovnik. We went to the nearby island of Lokrum before returning to the mainland to swim at Cave beach and to paddle back in the shadow of the city walls.

45. Croatia's Plitvice National Park, has kilometres of trails and board-walks that allow you to explore its many lakes, waterfalls and pools.
